      - Full ownership of your work, tasks and the freedom to really push quality and own your discipline i.e. foliage, architecture, geology - Freedom to manage and set your own tasks, create and own your workflows and documentation - Much of the studios team are highly experienced and have worked on games within the genre

      Cons

      - Things are still developing and not fully set in stone yet, but with that comes the opportunity to create and set the standards for the future

      Really nice bonuses and salary

      Terrible CEO, he wants you to be obsessed with your work, think about work outside of working hours and not have a healthy work-life balance

      Great team members. Great compensation. Supportive direct line manager.

      Cons

      Sociopathic CEO. Archaic project structure. Lots of people followed Gav out of Playground yet regularly strive to emulate how things were done there. Jobs for mates is rare but does happen on occasion.
