The moral is horrible and direction doesn't do anything about it. Sometimes they add to it by talking to staff about other staff. Teachers can emotionally abuse children without consequences. They claim to be accredited, but only follow the rules of accreditation when being watched. It's a shame the good teachers are hurt by the bad. Horrible work environment, caddy, and unstable.
