Supportive environment but problematic management experiences - Lifeguard/Pool Operator Lighthouse Pool Management Employee Review

Some managers had major emotional problems, I remember getting cussed out over the owner's son's mistake. I was blamed for it & eventually passed over for promotion so I left the company. I believe I was just unlucky, overall good place to work at.
