Fun job, interact and creating relationships with residents, hosting/planning fun activities for them. Laid back environment

Internship was unpaid. A little compensation for interns would be nice

The residents were wonderful, I actually felt sorry for them.

front desk personality left alot to be desired. spoke to people very abrupt, and rough around the edges, no class at all throughout the facility. Residents were paying top dollar for poor service all the way around. I had a lot of things stolen, yet know one seemed to care.
