Supportive team but serious HR confidentiality issues - Sales Advisor Lightning Fibre Employee Review

I've really enjoyed my time at Lightning Fibre, my manager is very open to feedback and collaboration and the company has been very supportive of me in terms of further studies / professional development.

None that don't exist elsewhere, but there is a genuine desire to improve on cons as they arise.

Some of the best colleagues to work with, really really friendly atmosphere within the office. Access to a Company car.

Very very little understanding of how tough this job role is. The new manger they’ve hired is constantly micro managing.. very confrontational and passive aggressive. Lacks the manners of what a manger should have.
