Stay away from this company , extremely unprofessional - Trainer Lightning Fit Employee Review

Company was great when I first started. They hired new COO Don who has 0 experience in the fitness industry. He’s also very aggressive and dismissive. All of its leaders and manager have 0 previous fitness experience. They promise many things, but of course never deliver. They don’t provide leads and they expect you to find you own clients. They will ignore you when you ask for help because they don’t know how to help you. No one knows what they’re doing. Company is tanking big time! Again, stay away!
