      Incredible learning experience and exposure to end to end deal flow, plus work closely with portfolio companies. Work across Partners and Principals' with high ownership

      None per se, work life balance can be challenging at times but that has more to do with how the PE/VC industry functions

      The workload is manageable & you're given full autonomy over your work (no micro-managing).

      Cons

      The office environment is very gloomy & there is very poor communication between management & staff.
