Overall, the Auckland office offers great, highly intelligent people, inspiring leaders and a modern, open-plan office. The company as a whole is fast-paced which means you're constantly learning. Being a global company, you're exposed to people all over the world, on different time zones and with different working styles which is arguably an amazing benefit of working here.
Cons
Being a foreign owned multinational, the strategy and operations are largely driven by the parent company. This sometimes means having to adapt to decisions made elsewhere and creates a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Being such a large company, it can be easy to be another "cog in the wheel" without self-motivation and a focus on your own career path.
