Pros
Lightspeed has a great organisational culture, which prioritises employee wellbeing and flexibility. Team members are generally welcoming of feedback. There is a lot of freedom to explore new ideas and try things. Managers are accessible across the business and there are few limits on your activity. The company promotes regularly so there is a lot of upwards mobility. There are several benefits for wellbeing, including an allowance for health and a very flexible leave policy.
Cons
Lightspeed has recently acquired several organisations, so merging some of them is bringing different cultures together. This is generally good, but there are always challenges in merging two groups. For the most part, it's my experience that the organisations function with limited integration - though this is changing.
