company is medium sized and you got a chance to work on various projects. even i work at exploitation, my jobs can involve not only budgeting planning and develop, i can also work on some modelling stuff and geological side of things. also, people here are friendly and helpful, it is easy to keep in touch with your manager.

not so sure how their hire back process works, no presentation required at the end of intern.
