      Pros

      AMAZING kids, wonderful families, fun staff. Kids are the only reason to really stay!!

      Cons

      EVERYTHING ELSE. You WILL do work outside of work hours. Management plays favorites (only telling certain classrooms that things are happening, giving them more privileges, some don't get in trouble for things like phone usage while others get written up) No confidentiality from bosses to employees (they tell people why others called in). LOTS of drama between staff, they WILL talk about each other, families, bosses, etc behind their backs. No room for growth or raises, and nowhere near enough money for the workload.
