      You can learn to use equipment.

      Terrible pay considering the workload, managers do not pay attention to workers needs at all and will constantly overbook and shift priorities without thinking about how it effects employees and customers. They expect you to show up on time, but only give you half an hour UNPAID lunch when you are legally obligated to half an hour of paid break per 4 hours you work. Starting wages are completely different for newcomers. If they can find a way to pay you less, they DEFINITELY will. There is a very slim chance of moving up in this company. This is an extremely greedy company. Don't waste your time here because to them, you are easily replaceable.

      Pros

      Great learning/hands-on experience with equipment and clients. Small staff creates a great work dynamic as everyone is on the same page and communicates well with each other. With Covid-19 now in the picture, LVR has decreased to smaller staff and taking all needed safety precautions (taking temperature, wearing masks, social distancing, etc.) About every 2 months the owner buys all employees lunch and we vibe (very nice, and not something that all bosses do). Location is prime in Midtown Manhattan, very easy to commute in and out of work.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work, if you're looking for an easy job, this is not for you. When we get swamped, we get swamped, so everyone must be on their A-game.
