Pros

You will get the chance to work with people in different levels. Responsibilities will be given. US clients are friendly compared to the SL management. Good offer. But no bonus.

Cons

This company has the worst culture. Though you work as a team, if there is an issue the entire team will point you regardless who is actually responsible. There are lot of visible favors when it comes to promotions. The people who are not qualified gets promotions and some people who really work hard are left out in the promotion cycles. God knows the promotion procedure. Employees get panic attacks inside the office due to the unmanageable stress given with the tasks, and Quality Engineering team is hard to communicate with. I directly reported to one of the tech leads and he never thinks about the actual effort i need to put in but just ask me to complete the task within the day. Most of the employees leaves the company after 6 months. No work life balance is motivated, You have to join a mandatory stand up call at 9.00 PM IST. And most of the time IT employees have to work overtime but in this company have to work minimum 14 hours for you to get recognized as a working person if you are not one of the management favorites. The management is in Australia and they goes with the attitude "people always leave, we can hire." So no retention in the employees. You will not be granted any leaves though you have urgencies, this is a type of company that asks you to work when you are even sick. If you have received an offer from this company, seriously you have to think multiple times even the offer is good. They think of the employees as slaves. The owner is Manjula. He is in Australia and when you complain about something, he listens well as he hear it for the first time. But later, i got to know many employees have already complained about the same thing. They don't want to change the culture. If they stay on that culture only they can get work done as by slaves.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking time to review Limark Technologies. Our records indicate that there had been no Associate Software Engineer who left the company within this period and therefore the statements herein cannot be confirmed as legitimate. We consider our employees to be the greatest asset at Limark. Performers are recognized at the annual performance appraisal cycle which is very transparent. Although the management is operating from overseas they connect with the local management representatives and employees on a regular basis. We do work from home due to the prevailing situation in the country since March 2020 ensuring the safety of our staff. All employees are treated equally at all times. No employee is encouraged to work long hours or after hours unless there is a client requirement based on the time difference. Wish you all the very best.

Pros

Good opportunities to take ownership and work on meaningful projects. Team members are generally supportive, and there is room to learn new technologies quickly. Exposure to challenging problems can help engineers grow both technically and professionally. The company also gives space for people who are proactive and willing to drive things forward.

Cons

Career growth and recognition can sometimes feel inconsistent, especially when expectations and progression paths are not clearly communicated. Prioritization may shift often, which can create uncertainty around long-term direction. In some cases, visibility of individual contributions depends too much on circumstance rather than a well-defined performance structure.
