Pros
Great benefits, matching 401K to 4%. Leadership training available (if you meet certain standards). Decent work from home policy.
Cons
Corporate continually changes its approach. Constant miscommunication between corporate and branches. One branch is told of a big change but other branches are not. Broader branch management or more regional division? Limbach LOVES meetings. Weekly meeting, monthly meetings, sometimes daily meetings. Constant check-ins between a manager and employee that is supposed to ensure employees feel involved. It's obligatory at best or undaunted criticism with no real resolutions. After onboarding, HR or "People and Culture" as it's called is inconsistent. No accountability for Management. If you're making money, your behavior is excused. Lots of internal promotions, fancy new titles, without fancy salary increases and little back filling of newly open positions. So you're getting more money, new business cards, etc. but have to do the job you were promoted from and the new job. All in all, not a great place to work.
