The leadership team is also super transparent about how are things going on etc and their guidance and support for individual growth is highly appreciated. Great thing is: You are appreciated when we have done something great and feedbacks are given when things go wrong. Best management to work with. The culture is also highly collaborative and people are ready to help, share knowledge. The products stand out in the market as its completely on open AI which is the future. In short: If anyone wants to give a boost to their path, its the best place to work at
