No pros, they exploit their employees, and are the worst possible POS system to exist. They have 0 company culture or work ethics. After serving the notice period, they will refuse to pay you. will not provide you with a final settlement and will refuse to provide an experience letter. this is all a part of their toxic politics.
Cons
When people are continuously leaving a company, that is not a good sign. especially the one who just joined it. It is a horrible company. Please do not consider it. They have 0 knowledge or structure on how to operate. All you will find is a 30-year-old person shouting at someone who joined the company 1 week ago. They expect you to have all the knowledge of the product, but their product and tech team themself have 0 knowledge of how their product works. There are seniors who think they are the smartest people.
