      There are some Learning in tech team where we have good manager

      Cons

      No promotion in Tech team Since 2019, Although a TL got promoted to VP by his politics. Engineering Leader is worst, He has not built any tech system in his career. 8 hours mandatory Punch in punch out

      Pros

      - Competitive salary. - Good for early stage of career only.

      Cons

      - Mandatory working 9 hrs (punch-in, punch-out tracking system) - Absence of Tech Hierarchy. - Legacy Code/Tech stack. No vision of upgradation. - Micromanagement. - Poor HR management (policies keep on changing). Completely broken exit process. “You follow up your own exit”.
