Pros
Great place to work, fab people, strong values, ambitious company. I've been here for 10 years this week so felt it was a good time to write this review. I began as a product content executive and with the help of the LDG family and senior management I've grown and developed and learned a lot of new things that have enabled me to get so much out of a job I really enjoy, at a company that is going places.
Cons
There are very few downsides. If I have to add any, I would say that from my perspective there are a lot of things I would like to do within my secion of the business (SEO & Content) that it can take time for me to get done. Whether this is because of my approach or the approach of the business, or some other factor I am unaware of, it's an area I sometimes wish worked better for me/us. Maybe I want too much, who knows? But other than that, I don't have any complaints.
