Pros
Great job great helping people seeing them succeed in life and do better. 3-4 days a week for your hours which is nice.
Cons
No time for family, management and corporate don't listen to staff and doesn't care about putting residents in the best place but worried about filling beds. Don't try switching shifts if their is an opening you will be ignored. As care of residents go up especially ill placed ones we need a raise.
