Mandatory overtime (including holidays) Non supportive environment Management views you as a number not a person Don’t maintain anything and then aggressively push things to be fixed when they breakdown Huge turnover 50-60C temps on production floor and as a lead we were only allowed to let people take heat breaks IF they complained Head office and Linda are so disconnected from the actually production floor it’s not even funny
