      - A lot of learning opportunities -Great manager and team - Many development program opportunities

      -Compensation could be better -Less flexible working (hour unpaid lunches which are not optional) -Lean org so it can feel disorganized at times

      It was good experience in the IT department, everyone was great and helpful

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense
