Pros
At the center level I have worked with very few people that work so hard! Unfortunately, that is all the pros I have!
Cons
I have worked for several corporations over the years and this one is the worst I have ever worked for. They set unrealistic expectations and make it virtually impossible to make goals. We are constantly begging for equipment, we have to "borrow" equipment from other centers just to be able to take care of patients. I am owed somewhere in the neighborhood of $20,000 in commission due to held sales. Before I went to work with them I was not told that if I didn't pass my clinicals I would not have a job. Thankfully I was able to pass them, but if I hadn't I would've moved my family to a new area and ended up without a job. I was told that I would make $80,000 a year and have made less than half that. And, it is not due to lack of effort or sales ability. I work 12 hours a day five days a week and go in on the weekends to take care of things that need to be dealt with. My advice is to stay away. I gave my notice and when I am done I will not look back. The only thing I will regret is that I stayed longer than I should have.
