Pros

Plenty of locations in the lower 48 so opportunities to relocate

Cons

Cuts to Medicare reimbursements has the company reeling and lack of composure is costing Lincare some of their best assets, their people. Great opportunities exist in sales but the lack of basic training on the administrative side leaves people frustrated and unsupported. Middle managers are struggling to keep their jobs so you should avoid becoming a low-level manager. That position is taking all the heat for poor accounts receivable, due to burdensome Medicare requirements, and without good administrative support, it's a failure waiting to happen. The most satisfying and stable positions are sales representative and service representative. Don't expect any balance between family and work; there isn't any. Remember, you can and will be replaced.
