Pros
I loved my job as Center Manager. I was able to work my way up from CSR to Sales Rep and then to Center Manager. Its a great company to work hard at and know you can advance. I loved being able to make a difference in my patient's lives.
Cons
I was forced to endure harassment for years without any relief. I was ignored. You work long hours and reports are sent all day long with the title of "priority". Not enough hours in the day. Too many systems, CCC is disconnected, RBCO is disconnected, Answering service is horrible. Center can do an incredible job yet have the other parts of the company ruining our business and reputation. Upper management has no idea what the Centers do.
