Pros

paycheck (low, low, low pay) while you are looking for a professional company to work for.

Cons

Low pay. Do not reimburse for mileage at basic rate and they lower your reimbursement the more you drive. They expect you to use your personal funds to pay for business marketing expenses and then you have to fight to get them back, if at all. Management is very disrespectful & does not take the time to help you with training. Their technology is still in the 1990's which makes it very challenging to perform at a competitive level. They expect you to use your personal phone, with little or no reimbursement, and you are expected to give your personal # to clients, clinics, hospitals, etc ... and they expect you to download a tracking app on your phone. Rapid employee turnover - my colleagues were so very nice but so very unhappy with the treatment from Lincare.
