Pros

Pay is very good so that you can't find a diff job with same pay rate in the area. Lots of OT so more$$

Cons

Just worked 52 hrs in one week and norm is at least 45. They are not hiringas Many CSR's per Center as they need. They have over 1000 pts at my center and only 2 CSR and then they decided to split them and put 1 experienced in another center and the other stay in this center and switch each week. We need more then 2 experienced CSR's and not we only have 1.. No time for lunch or family then.
