Pros

Center Manager is by far the best supervisor I have ever had. Staff got along very well. Felt like a family environment. Everyone pitched in when needed, even if not normal position duties. Plenty of work to keep busy and days fly by. Benefits were good.

Cons

High call, order and walk-in volume. Center is very busy and sometimes difficult to keep up. There should be a cap on certain orders to be taken so employees don't get too overwhelmed. Being on call. For some this may be tolerable, even become routine. For others it can be stress or anxiety inducing. Sometimes feels like there's not much work-life balance.
