Pros
The staff and students are great to work with. Learned most of my skills from them. Good hours. Work life balance is great.
Cons
Pay was low for the high volume of work. The Director of Career Services fails to train new employees and gives them her work. (Mahwah Team) This department is constantly hiring and letting employees go. A revolving door.
