Pros

working at customer locations,freedom to work from home,company supplied vehicles and hand tools.Not too much interaction with company management

Cons

having a drive cam in the company vehicle to monitor your driving habits.having to wear a tracking device on your persons.management always changing policy without giving a reason for change
