      People and salary. excellent human quality of people and salary benefits above the market. Time flexibility turns out to be motivating.

      Cons

      A recent merger with the competition generated a lot of discomfort in people. A great restructuring of the personnel was carried out in order to unite both companies.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
