Benefits are competitive with other global companies however not enough to compensate for the 60 hrs work week.
Cons
Employees are overworked, lean is the new word for not replacing employees who chose to leave. This organizations has a systemic HR issue which requires mediate attention. The moral is negative across the entire organization.
