      Pros

      Stability, I suppose is a "Pro". Also, there are some challenging projects at times and some good people in the operations engineering group (People who know what they are actually doing), to learn from.

      Cons

      Some very harassing managers for certain disciplines. Unrealistic deadlines. If you don't care about Star Wars, you will slowly be made to look worse and worse. Lies made up about you. Just like high school 2.0

      Pros

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
