      Very good company and have international expoture opportunity. There are lots of development opportunities accross different countries.

      Cons

      stable and relaxed working environment so lots of emloyees are enjoying the status quo. There should be lots of improvement areas that management should look into.

      Pros

      Scheduling is great for day shift schedules.

      Cons

      Can't use just one hour of PTO. Have to use 4 hours at a time. Raises are far a few between and in order to move up, you have to be friends with that group of people.
