Nice coworkers, understanding managers sometimes. Desk cleaning supplies. We can put our own photos up at our desk.
Cons
Mandatory overtime, working on days that are supposed to be your day off. The attendance policy is zero tolerance which means even with a Dr note you will still get points for attendance. People come to work sick all the time.
