      Pros

      The culture is good, the company has great future prospects so it terms of long term growth you can stick around. There are lots of collabs and international assignments if you are the best at what you do.

      Cons

      Have to go to office everyday, the pay is way below industrial standards, it feels like you should have a god father at the company to help you grow otherwise you will be stuck where you are. HR is extremely inefficient.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
