Pros

4 day work weeks, and we have an awesome Manager. They are pretty lenient on taking time off if needed. Very Understanding.

Cons

Corporate is too slow about getting us the equipment we need to provide our services to homes. It seems to be a hassle to get anything approved.

Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
