      Pension plan, room for growth, overall pretty decent company to work for,

      Cons

      Not a lot of help from upper management. Give you pointless projects to do instead of fixing real problems. Need to hire more people.

      Wages, That's about all they have to offer!

      Cons

      Company like to preach safety and open door policy, but underneath it's at at cost. Company expects more than what they want to compensate, always on call with no compensation. It's a dying Company for employment, no open door policy and safety is preach as long as it's not at a cost.
