Lindsey Management

Is this your company?

The most unorganized company I have ever worked for! Do not work here! - Anonymous employee Lindsey Management Employee Review

Pros

At one time we had good managers however they transferred but they were able to convince corporate to give raises out. They also treated employees like human beings unlike the ones now and had resident functions. If you work here you better hope your onsite managers are good people.

Cons

They treat employees like we are scum. They also trap you into working for them for little pay because if you get fired you have 3 days to move out. If you quit it’s up to the “managers discretion” if you can sign a lease. Human Resources in corporate is horrible they will just flat out ignore your concerns with onsite managers or basically anything else unless you want to know how many vacation days your have. The onsite managers can do whatever they want and get away with it! Regional managers are rude and give off this I’m all “high and mighty” persona when they show up. So you can’t even voice your concerns with them. Pay is low. Benefits are also low. They allow managers to interrogate employees about who sent in the “safety complaint.” I might sound like a “disgruntled employee” as they would say but all these things are true.

Pros

Training provided, great for those interested in property management and just starting out. Generous rent discount. Rewarding, challenging, never boring. Very informative. Supportive team.

Cons

Low pay, sometimes you will have to deal with inconsiderate and entitled personalities, living onsite is a requirement which may not be ideal for some, open on weekends.

Pros

Cheap to Free Housing, program training

Cons

Micromanagement, favoritism, bullying. Gave a good few years to the company - great starting job. Management was alright and offering mentorship at the time, however as time began to pass, favoritism became clear. The rotation for that office was 1-2 leasing agents a year. Managers and assistant managers will talk smack about you. At certain points, it’s also clear to see that some managers do not give a damn about their property or their people anymore. Career advancement only ever happened when someone quit lol Be prepared to be called on your days off btw
