      Pros

      Strong leadership support from the GM, CEO, CFO, and HR makes it easy to do the job well. Recent investment in new equipment and hardware shows real commitment to growing the business and modernizing operations. Leadership is responsive and engaged, not distant.

      Cons

      Some equipment is older and overdue for replacement, which can create operational challenges day to day. The good news is leadership is already actively investing in upgrades to address this and plan for the future.
