Pros

Working for Linear offers numerous advantages, including a clear path for career growth, a culture that values hard work and dedication, supportive management, consistent salary increases tied to goal achievement, and the opportunity for long-term job stability. The company's commitment to personal and professional development, along with its recognition of employees' efforts, makes it an appealing choice for those seeking a nurturing and rewarding work environment.

Cons

Company Culture Fit: It's possible that the company's culture may not be the right fit for everyone. Some individuals may thrive in a competitive, growth-focused environment, while others may prefer a more laid-back or collaborative culture.

Pros

There was and still is a pattern of poor communication and lack of transparency from management, which affected team cohesion. Staff morale was low, and there were frequent signs of stress within the team. Greater focus on leadership development and employee wellbeing would significantly improve the workplace culture.aka new manager.

Cons

not even worth it, not enough to even put myself through therapy.

Pros

The internal system used was very effective and streamlined. The Finance Director and senior sales leads were competent and approachable.

Cons

My time here was unfortunately one of the most disjointed and unsettling professional experiences I've had. Staff turnover was high, creating an atmosphere of instability. HR was outsourced, and visits often coincided with dismissals, leading to a culture of anxiety and speculation. The leadership team—particularly three directors—displayed a lack of professionalism and empathy. One director, in particular, seemed largely disconnected from daily operations and was frequently absent, sometimes spending much of the working day in non-work-related activities.
