Pros
Paying salary on time. AL is calculated correctly
Cons
Where to begin... *Managers (even Assoc Dir and above) have no training being people managers. This shows how people are treated. *Linesight is what one calls a "body shop". Forget the nice slogans, they are just that ...slogans! *there is a hard glass ceiling when reaching Associate rank (if you are lucky enough) * Linesights workforce is very young and hardly mature. Ask yourself why that is. Well they are cheaper bodies fresh out of college... People leave after 1-2y to seek real opportunities *AD and Dir mostly do not know what they are doing and how to do it. This is rather shocking locking at the seniority and what one would expect. *most of times, things are made up as they go along *heard of a poor fella who wanted to transfer internally. That guy was put through a struggle session on the whys and shown just disappointment that he wanted a change. Managers took it extremely personal when people wanted to leave. *HR is non existent. Forget when you have any issues with line-managers....better leave. *As always, KEEP A RECORD of EVERY interaction. You never know when this comes in handy. *Culture is non-existent. Not sure who writes all the positive reviews, but they may have never experienced a real workplace with actual people. *Probation: Not as straight forward as you may think. Seen fellas that got extended for non measurable reasons....meaning that managers wanted to keep their options and toss people asap. *OT is the norm and no compensation. Management has no regard for your personal time Last but not least: Linesights C-Suite and middle management think that they are the big shots, however nobody in industry knows this company. TownHalls normally start with what the YOD revenue and next 1-2y expectation. As always, the first topic has always the most weight over all. Forget the rest, just fluff!
