The management, composed of incompetent, often bad-tempered and greedy individuals, disrupts the natural learning process by insisting on insignificant formalities. It prefers to punish (by hunting down the slightest mistake) rather than recognise and reward good teachers. The latter cannot express their dissatisfaction, as they risk being immediately dismissed without being heard.
