Pros
Linio is an ecommerce market place operating across most big countries in Latin America. It has a strong position in most of the countries, Some of the things I like about working in Linio: - Flexible work hours, no dress code and young and fun colleagues allows for a good work environment - good opportunities to grow fast within the company, as most managers are young and promoted from within - Great for resume. Linio has a very good reputation for building/having strong talent as well as being a leader on ecommerce topics, and a lot of companies recruits actively for people who have worked at Linio - Good (but not fantastic) pay and benefits
Cons
Company has gone through a lot of ups and downs and the priorities have changed too many times. Also, historically there has been a lot of rotation in the teams, although less in the last 6 months.
