Linium continues to be a thriving organization with a great future ahead. I will let the facts speak for themselves; companies do not achieve the level of success that Linium has achieved without taking care of its employees and having a great management team. We continue to be about our employees and our culture to encourage entrepreneurism. As we continue to grow we have to adapt proactively to the marketplace and Linium aggressively takes this approach. Change is hard….unfortunately for some it’s very hard, if not impossible. My personal philosophy is if you’re not changing your dying.

We continue to be leaders in our markets, we have many core employees that have grown their careers with Linium and I’m very proud of the fact we have a very forward thinking dynamic management team. I have asked all that make these negative post’s to join me in an open conversation to discuss their claims….to date I have had no takers which speaks volumes in terms of their motivation.
