Pros
There are so many pros to working with Link Advantage. First, the people are AWESOME! I can not say enough about the quality of individuals that manage and lead this company. It was a great experience working in such a close knit group. There is never a question of responsibility, recognition is given where it is due, and support is offered where needed. During my time with the company I gained experience in leadership and team management. I had a pretty big fear of public speaking before I started. Instead of hiding in the background, I was encouraged to face my fears and was even given the chance to lead some business development meetings and train new recruits. Public speaking, preparing and leading a meeting were NEVER things I thought I could do, much less be good at!
Cons
The biggest con for me was that some of the daily tasks were easy to overthink. The marketing industry is not for everyone. If you can find what works for you and things click, you can be very successful working for Link Advantage. If you do not enjoy new challenges and lots of goal setting, than this is not the right company for you. Setting personal and professional goals was a big part of the company. That is not a con for me, but may be for others.
