Fantastic employee-centric culture. I have never experienced better. Accessible and kind leaders who genuinely care for their staff. The CEO is an amazing guy. Fair wage with plenty of flexibility. Everyone is so welcoming and teamwork is real.
Cons
Some of the team don't know how lucky they are. Being in sales means I don't have the flexibility of some positions that can work flexi hours. Working on the weekend at events can be tough, but you're at the racetrack - OK, not that tough!
It is a wonderful workplace if you love cars. A supportive culture and people happy to answer questions. Not too busy or pressured but can still learn a lot. Flexible on/off work, just make sure do affect other team member. Great culture and you will feel supportive from CEO or HR. Discount on ECU or related stuff.
Cons
If you are introverted, nobody talks to you all day, not sure its pros or cons. Junior or graduate level employees clearly need more support.
