      Great benefits, flexible boss who doesn’t micromanage, good team overall. I’m coming up on 2 years here and it’s gone by pretty fast!

      Pros

      Owner really does care about his staff. Team is welcoming and tight knit. There are plenty of opportunities to move up, learn and take on different responsibilities. Salary is competitive with health/life/vision/dental insurance. Owner contributes 3% to your 401K regardless if you contribute or not.

      Cons

      No downsides for employees who are wanting to improve themselves.
