7yIt concerns me that you feel your position was misrepresented in the hiring process and I will personally investigate the matter. To aid me, I ask that you please contact me at jbrock@linksol-inc.com so that we can set up a time to talk. I would also note that we do have an open-door policy and encourage employees to meet with executive management to discuss concerns that the employee feels are not being addressed by their direct supervisor. This policy and other forms of communication were put in place to address issues and/or prevent future issues. We are always looking to improve and feedback such as yours helps us to continue to find ways to do so. Again, we are sorry that you did not have a good experience at Link and we wish you the best in all your future endeavors.
