Pros

I was thinking for a while what rating I would give to this company. I always try to be fair and not go to extremes, so here is what I think about Linksquare. - Nice company in the beginning, with a balanced work-life balance and solid good practices. - Great employees — the most pleasant part was working with people who were dedicated and innovative.

Cons

- The company has been degrading drastically every year, and they have cut many talented people they were lucky to hire. - Layoffs are normal here, so if you are looking for a stable job, this is not it. - Zero promotions — they only promote top managers and give achievement trophies to each other. - Extreme pivoting is constant. It comes with the startup territory, but worth knowing before you join.

Pros

-New product update that was just announced seems promising, but I don't have confidence in the rollout. -Good office location

Cons

-You will spend months learning processes that you know will change for no reason as soon as you get a good rhythm going. -They bring in new leadership with no personality, or ability to meaningfully connect with staff, in order to making changes that ultimately don't make any improvements to the business. -Execs have to apologize for tone-deaf comments on multiple occasions -Pushing forward half-baked process changes without communicating it fully to the staff leading to mass confusion -Ridiculous customer churn rate -Sales people who will say anything to prospects in order to make a sale (sometimes acknowledging a new customer is likely to churn in a year.) -No job security as they go through frequent layoffs
