Pros

+ Engineering teams are full of skilled employees, very friendly and fun to work with. + Good salary + benefits. + Tech stack is pretty easy to work with.

Cons

- Massive round of layoffs recently, and company started rehiring the positions they let go but as hybrid roles (instead of remote). Seems to have been done without rhyme or reason, since the people let go were all solid employees that did their share. - C-suite does nothing but spend most of their days on LinkedIn podcasts building out their own brand. They aren't in the office half the time but want people to be in. Infuriating to say the least.

Pros

I was thinking for a while what rating I would give to this company. I always try to be fair and not go to extremes, so here is what I think about Linksquare. - Nice company in the beginning, with a balanced work-life balance and solid good practices. - Great employees — the most pleasant part was working with people who were dedicated and innovative.

Cons

- The company has been degrading drastically every year, and they have cut many talented people they were lucky to hire. - Layoffs are normal here, so if you are looking for a stable job, this is not it. - Zero promotions — they only promote top managers and give achievement trophies to each other. - Extreme pivoting is constant. It comes with the startup territory, but worth knowing before you join.
